Terms of Service

The agreement between you and Linksembly — founder and entrepreneur (a sole proprietorship registered in Türkiye) when you use Linksembly. Plain language on purpose — if a clause here is unclear, that is a fault in the clause.

What Linksembly is

A tool for managing the links of several brands from one dashboard, and for publishing each brand's links on its own public page. Creating an account or using the service means you accept these terms.

Your account

• You must be 16 or older, and give an email address you actually control.
• You are responsible for what happens under your account, including keeping your password to yourself.
• One person or organisation per account. Tell us at once if you think someone else has access.

What you publish

Your content stays yours. You grant us only what running the service requires: permission to store it, and to show it on the public pages you choose to publish. Take a page down and we stop showing it.

You are responsible for what you link to. Do not use Linksembly to publish or point at:

• Anything illegal where you are or where we operate.
• Malware, phishing, or pages built to deceive people about who they are dealing with.
• Material that infringes someone else’s copyright or trademark.
• Content sexualising minors, or inciting violence or hatred against people.

Tracked redirects exist to count clicks on links you entered, and nothing else. Using them to launder traffic to somewhere a visitor would not expect is a breach of these terms.

Trial, plans and payment

• Every new account gets a 7-day trial with no card required.
• After the trial the account continues on a free tier with reduced limits. Your published pages keep working.
• Paid plans are billed monthly or yearly, in advance, in US dollars. The price you see at checkout is the price charged, tax included.
• Paddle is the merchant of record for every purchase. Your contract for the payment itself is with Paddle, who issue the invoice and handle sales tax and VAT.
• A subscription renews automatically until cancelled. Cancel any time from the Billing page; you keep the plan until the end of the period you already paid for.

Prices can change. If we change the price of a plan you are on, we will tell you by email before it takes effect, and you are free to cancel before it does.

What we promise, and what we do not

We work to keep Linksembly available and your data safe, and we run the service as described. We cannot promise it will never be interrupted or never contain a fault. It is provided as it is, without warranties beyond those the law gives you and which cannot be excluded.

Nothing here limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law does not allow to be limited. Beyond that, our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before it arose, and we are not liable for lost profits or lost business.

Connected accounts

Connecting a social account is optional. Where you connect one, that platform's own terms apply to your use of its data through this service, in addition to these terms.

YouTube. By using the YouTube connection you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. Linksembly uses the YouTube API Services to read your channel's public details and statistics; it never uploads, edits, deletes or comments. You can revoke its access at any time from your Google account permissions, and what we store and for how long is described in the Privacy Notice.

Suspension and ending the agreement

• You can stop at any time: cancel your subscription, or delete your account entirely from Settings.
• We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, and will explain why unless the law prevents it.
• If we discontinue the service, we will give reasonable notice and refund the unused part of anything paid in advance.

Deleting your account removes your brands, links, uploads and analytics. It is immediate and cannot be undone, so export anything you want to keep first.

Changes to these terms

We will post any change here and update the date above. For a change that materially affects your rights we will email you first. Continuing to use Linksembly after a change means you accept it.

Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Türkiye, and the courts of Bursa have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, this does not take away the protection of the mandatory law of the country you live in.
