Refund Policy
Nobody should pay for something they could not use. This says when we refund, how to ask, and how long it takes.
Last updated 5 August 2026.
The 14-day refund
Ask within 14 days of a payment and we refund it in full. That covers a first subscription and every renewal, and you do not have to justify it — "it is not for me" is enough.
This sits on top of the 7-day trial, which needs no card at all. The intention is that you never reach a payment without having seen the product first.
After 14 days
- Cancel any time and you keep the plan until the end of the period you already paid for. Nothing further is charged.
- We do not normally refund the unused part of a period after 14 days.
- Except when we should: if the service was unavailable for a meaningful stretch, or was billed wrongly, tell us and we will put it right — including a full refund where that is the fair answer.
How to ask
Email linksembly@linksembly.cloud from the address on the account, saying which payment. You do not need the invoice number; we can find it. You can also contact Paddle directly, since they are the merchant of record and can refund without us.
We reply within 2 working days. An approved refund is issued by Paddle to the original payment method, and usually appears within 5 to 10 working days depending on your bank.
What happens to your account
A refund ends the paid plan. Your account and your data remain — the account drops to the free tier and your published pages stay online within its limits. We do not delete anything because you asked for money back.
Consumer rights
If you are a consumer, your statutory rights apply in addition to this policy and are not affected by it. Where the law of the country you live in gives you a longer or stronger right of withdrawal, that right wins.
