Deleting your data
Three different things can be deleted, and they are separate on purpose. Each takes effect immediately — none of them is a request that queues behind a person.

A connected social account
Open the brand, go to its Settings tab and press Disconnect beside the account. That deletes the stored access and refresh tokens and everything cached from that platform — the username, the picture, the follower and content counts. It deletes the row rather than marking it, so nothing survives the press.
You can also revoke Linksembly from the platform's own settings, which has the same effect from the other direction: the next scheduled sync receives invalid_grant and deletes the connection here without being asked.

One brand
Open the brand, go to Settings and use Delete brand in the Danger Zone. Its public page stops answering immediately, and its links, images, QR code and analytics go with it. Archiving is the softer option beside it: the page goes offline and every number is kept.
Your whole account
Open Account and use Delete account. It removes your profile, your workspace, every brand in it, every link, every uploaded image and all analytics history. It cannot be undone and there is no recovery window.
One thing has to happen first: if you have a live subscription, cancel it. Otherwise the payment provider goes on charging a card for an account you can no longer sign in to.
Your analytics history, without deleting anything else
Account carries Delete analytics history, which removes every recorded page view and click for your workspace and resets the counters. Your brands, links and pages are untouched.
If you cannot sign in
Email linksembly@linksembly.cloud from the address on the account and say what you want removed. We answer within 30 days and usually the same week. We will ask you to confirm from that address — a deletion request we cannot attribute is one we must not act on, because acting on it would be the same attack it looks like.
What deletion does not reach
Two things survive, and both for reasons outside our choosing. Records of payments are kept as long as tax law requires, by the payment provider and by us. And anything already copied by somebody else — a page saved by a search engine, a link someone shared — is theirs to remove rather than ours; deleting a brand stops the page from being served, and cached copies elsewhere expire on their own schedule.
